We are Fitness Professionals who genuinely care about the health, fitness and wellbeing of all of our clients. We specialise in Fitness Pilates and are both level 3 trained.

We also run total body workouts that are Interval and Circuit based which in line with the latest research, assist with Heart Health and improving Fitness levels and the ability to Fat Burn.

More recently in line with research we have introduced short Xpress classes which last only 20 minutes and work the whole body to improve Heart Health and assist with improving Fitness and Fatburning.
