SARAH YATES

I am a Level 3 Pilates Instructor with qualifications in Fitness Pilates, Matwork Pilates and 1-1 Pilates, Exercise to Music, Circuits, Gym Instruction, Aqua and Fitness Yoga.

I have worked in gyms, leisure centres and the community but in 2007 chose to specialise in the community which I love! I set up a few classes and now am proud to be running a Community Fitness Business of 16 classes per week running 48 weeks a year and with a handpicked team to cover classes in my absence.

We are Fitness Professionals who genuinely care about the health, fitness and wellbeing of our clients.

We welcome all ages, shapes and sizes, men and women and will work with you to meet your needs.

We specialise in Pilates – which is how I got back into shape after my 2 children! We run Fitness Pilates aimed at different levels of ability, some mixed classes, more fundamental classes and a more challenging class.  Regular Pilates has helped me maintain Back Health after discovering worn discs in my lower back at an early age.

We have also recently started running a 10 day Fitness and Fatloss Programme for those clients who want to kick start their fitness, with exercise and healthy eating (not dieting!) with group support and under supervision from a Fitness Professional.


We believe Fitness should be Fun!


Clients are on the whole are very loyal and many have been with me for many years.

More recently in line with research we have introduced short Xpress classes which last only 20 minutes and work the whole body to improve Heart Health and assist with improving Fitness and Fatburning.
