Online Zoom Classes

We offer a range of socially-distanced online Zoom classes for people of all abilities to join in!

Fitness For You is all about local Community exercise classes for ‘non-gym’ people who like to exercise in a social atmosphere.

We provide Fitness classes to suit community people. We are an established team of two fully qualified instructors with many years of experience in the fitness industry. We are both friendly and approachable and believe fitness should be fun.

Over the years we have created our own fitness community where people workout, have fun and meet friends. We also run community/charity activities throughout the year. We have very loyal clients – many of whom have been with us for years!

CLASS CHANGES

Resistance using Weights/Bands has moved to Monday evening 6.15-6.45pm. Book Now! Repton Village Hall Pilates Class closed on Monday 26th October

A Mixed Timetable of Classes including Pilates, Equipment and Body Weight Classes

Due to COVID-19 restrictions in the UK the majority of our classes are running via ZOOM. However we have now opened Fitness Pilates at Repton Village Hall on a Monday morning and hope to open some others in the near future.

Our Zoom and Venue Classes

Fitness Pilates

Based on the traditional Pilates exercises, these classes are functional, building on obtaining better posture and mobility. Exercises target the whole body, but particularly the core.

Resistance Classes

These classes are done using light hand-weights or resistance bands. They give an increased heart rate but without any impact thus improving cardiovascular fitness and encouraging fat-burning.

Abs Blast

Abs Blast is a 30-minute conditioning class where we use different training methods and exercises to focus on specific areas within the abdominals.

Cardio (HIIT)

Intense cardiovascular exercises that work the whole body to help build a healthier heart and assist with weight loss by increasing fat burning. 

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums very effectively works exactly what it says. Focused compound and isolation exercises to target leg, glute and abdominal muscles.

Pilates with Equipment

Using the Fitness Pilates exercises and adding in equipment such as tennis balls, resistance bands and bender balls. These give variety to the exercises and a different focus.

Fitness Pilates

Strengthens the body with an emphasis on the core.

Improves general fitness and overall wellbeing.

Our instructors

Meet our Instructors

We're Sarah and Will, and we are fitness professionals who genuinely care about the health, fitness, and wellbeing of all of our clients. We specialise in Fitness Pilates and are both Level 3 trained.

We also run other classes, including weights, abs, and cardio, that are interval-based, which, in line with the latest research, assists with heart health and improves fitness levels and the ability to fat burn.

Weights classes with Sarah on zoom are great. Sarah is very good at explaining each exercise and puts some harder options in, so you have a choice and caters for all levels.
