Hi I’m Sarah, I’m 55, married with two boys and I pride myself on being a fitness professional who genuinely cares about the health, fitness, and well-being of my clients. I am a fully qualified instructor with many years of experience in the fitness industry and specialise in fitness pilates and strength and resistance classes. I provide fitness classes to suit both women and men and tend to have ‘more mature’ participants who enjoy my relaxed style of teaching.
I am friendly and approachable and strongly believe that fitness should be fun. Over the years I have created my own fitness community where people work out, have fun, and meet friends. I also support community and charity activities throughout the year. I have very loyal clients – many of whom have been with me for years! My Classes

Fitness Pilates
Based on the traditional pilates exercises, these classes are functional, building on obtaining better posture and increased mobility. Exercises are done both standing and on the floor.
Fitness Pilates exercises target the whole body, particularly the core. There are different varieties and levels of class to suit participants.

Weighted Workouts
These classes are done using light hand weights/water bottles, resistance bands or equipment free.
Building strength helps protect your joints from injury, helps reduce the risk of bone disease, helps with fatigue and helps burn fat while resting.

NEW TO MY ZOOM ONLINE CLASSES?
- You will need a Zoom Account, a device to watch on and a small space to exercise in
- Go to the timetable page to book your class, click on the calendar and the day and class you want and follow the booking instructions
- Get your first class free by entering the code FREEZOOM when booking
- You will be required to complete a short health form before you take part- it only takes a few minutes to complete
- You will receive an email confirmation or your class and also a reminder
- Classes are on LIVE UK time – Join the class five minutes before using your email link. I like to be able to see you so please join with sound and camera on (you can switch it off if that is your preference).
NEW TO MY FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES?
- Go to the timetable page to book your class, click on the calendar and the day and class you want and follow the booking instructions
- Get your first class half-price by entering the code VPHP when booking
- You will be required to complete a short health form before you take part- it only takes a few minutes to complete
- You will receive an email confirmation of your class and also a reminder
- Arrive at the class 10 minutes before the start time. Please bring an exercise mat and some water, some people also bring a small cushion for extra support.
NEW TO MY VIDEO ON-DEMAND CLASSES?
- Go to the class timetable and click on the Video on Demand link on the top right.
- The page will show you a selection of classes with dates and descriptions.
- Click Buy Access. You can pay as you go or use a pass from a package of classes. Remember, packages expire after 31 days.
- You will need to login to your account with your email and password so that the product sits in your account for security. If you do not have an account you need to create one – it’s simple, takes only minutes and only basic details are required.
- When you have purchased simply click on view video and when the video of me comes up click on the small play arrow on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and off you go!
