Class Timetable

CLASS TIMETABLE

I offer a mix of online Zoom classes and face-to-face classes.

I offer classes in pilates – early morning stretch, fitness pilates, pilates with equipment and pilates intervals. Resistance classes using weights and bands, LBT and weekend workouts together with special events/workshops/talks – visit my classes page for further information. To book, click on individual dates on the calendar, or use the search function (the funnel symbol in the top right of the calendar), to see what classes are available.

HOW TO BOOK CLASSES

You can buy single class passes (pay as you go) or a more cost-effective monthly class pass (Zoom classes only). Click on the packages button at the top of the page and details and costs of these will appear. Packages expire 31 days from purchase and classes must be used within this time.

When booking your first class, click on the date and class required. You will need to create an account and complete a short health questionnaire – it’s simple and quick to do. Follow the instructions as you go through. Links and reminders for zoom classes will be emailed to you. The ‘login’ button at the top right of the calendar gives you access to your personal class/package information.

Please have a safe space to exercise in, bring water, and advise me of any new health issues/injuries before the class.

Remember there is a risk associated with undertaking any form of exercise. When training, always ensure you do it in a proper, suitable and safe environment. Always ensure you warm up correctly BEFORE attempting exercise.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to undertake any exercise if you have medical issues or physical injuries without first consulting a qualified professional.
