NEW TO OUR CLASSES? TRY A FREE CLASS

If you’ve never tried one of our classes before we’d love to give you a free trial session. To apply, please download the form below, and return it to us by email. We’ll then send you your free pass within 24 hours.

Before you take part in your first class it’s very important that you fill in and return our combined health questionnaire and data protection form. You can download it below and then return it to us.

HOW TO BOOK CLASSES

You can buy single class passes (pay as you go) or our more cost-effective monthly class passes. Click on the packages button at the top of the page and details and costs of these will appear.

On the booking diary you can book the classes you want to join. You can use the forward and backward arrows at the top of the diary to move to other weeks. You can book in one go, daily, weekly or whenever you like.

Please have a safe space to exercise in, bring water, and advise us of any new health/injuries before the class.

Remember there is a risk associated with undertaking any form of exercise. Therefore when training, always ensure you do it in a proper, suitable and safe environment, as well as always ensuring you warm-up correctly BEFORE attempting exercise.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to undertake any exercise if you have medical issues or physical injuries without first consulting a qualified professional.

Please note that classes are dependent on demand and we reserve the right to change the timetable at short notice.

Our instructors

Meet our Instructors

We're Sarah and Will, and we are fitness professionals who genuinely care about the health, fitness, and wellbeing of all of our clients. We specialise in Fitness Pilates and are both Level 3 trained.

We also run other classes, including weights, abs, and cardio, that are interval-based, which, in line with the latest research, assists with heart health and improves fitness levels and the ability to fat burn.
