Pilates with Equipment using light hand weights or water bottles (or equipment free) 9.30-10.15am
Thursday 16th: Upper Body/Core weights 8.45-9.15am
Pilates Intervals 9.25-10am
Friday 17th: Total Body Weights 9.15-9.45am
Fitness Pilates 10-10.45am
Saturday 18th: Weekend Workout 9-9.30am
