Meet our Instructors
My name is Sarah. I have been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. I have taught in gyms/leisure centres and community venues – the community is where my heart is and I like to provide exercise that can be individually tailored as we are all different!
I am Level 3 Pilates trained & can offer one-to-one Pilates sessions to help people get into classes and/or help practice or correct exercises for home. Sessions are £25. I also offer weight management programmes including nutrition & exercise – these can be done online, one-to-one or in a small group.
With the current climate of COVID-19 different rules for these sessions do apply.
My name is Will. I have been personal training for the last 8 years but fitness has always been my life. I run one-to-one and small group training sessions at many different times and locations to fit clients needs. All sessions cost £30/hr and are tailored to clients specific requirements, this can include structured training programs, easy to follow diet plans and thorough fitness testing to help you stride towards your goals.
With the current climate of COVID-19 I am still able to conduct sessions but I am very careful adhering to social distancing and hygiene guidelines. At a very uncertain time it can be comforting to take charge of your health and fitness, and take the opportunity to strive towards a more active and positive lifestyle.
