A session where I answer some frequently asked questions about body fat, nutrition and best stomach exercises to do plus a practical session on 2 x 10 minute ab workouts that you can do at home. 1 workout is body weight based and the other uses a weight/water bottle or resistance band. There is also time for questions. The session is recorded and will be sent later that day by email and you can access the workshop for the next month and put it into practice.
