Are you new to resistance work? Don’t want to jump straight into an existing class then this session is for you.
You can use hand weights/tins/water bottles/resistance band whatever you have and learn in a slow and controlled way some of the core exercises used in resistance classes – with time for demos and rest
Resistance work is great for increasing bone density, building strength, improving posture and helping to fat burn – from the age of 30 upwards you should be including resistance work within your exercise activity
